Professor Leslie Burnett is Medical Laboratory Director Australia for Invitae Australia. He also holds honorary positions as Conjoint Professor and Honorary Professor at both the Universities of Sydney and UNSW, and is a Visiting Scientist at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Dr Burnett is a medical pathologist, specialising in genetic pathology, bioinformatics and clinical chemistry. ​
